Plan B: Changed the package.

As we passed several times at Elara Sales Office we noticed on there bulletin board adds; there were some good price house and land packages. We changed the package from house and land to house only, purchased the land separately. We were very thankful that our salesman team were understandable at that time, we were able to keep our initial deposit. The negotiation of the land and this process saves as nearly 5% of the total contract package price.
