Quotation, Outdoor and Porch's Tiling

Today we got the quotation from DiLorenzo, for all tiling, labor and above allowance the cost is $7K, then the carpet above allowance is $1K. Yup, we are over $3K on our provision allowance.

Below, we changed the outdoor and porch's tiling to relatively closer to the main internal flooring.
