Construction Update

We are pleased to announce that all subdivision works within Stages 15-23 , where your lot is located are now complete! Subdivision Certificates have been lodged to Blacktown City Council for certification of our completed civil works. We expect to receive the approved subdivision certificate from Council within the next few weeks, at which point we will lodge to the LPI (Land and Property Information) for registration. We will notify you when this occurs.

Registration

Depending on the LPI's processing time frames, the projected registration timing for Stages 15-23 is on track to occur in April-May 2017 for settlements.

Finance

Please remember to contact your financier to ensure this important step is undertaken prior to contacting your legal representative. This will allow them to schedule a time for your settlement appointment.

Valuations Your financier may require to conduct a valuation of your lot. Stockland will advise in the coming weeks when access can be granted for valuers.
