Stockland Update!
As per Elara Stockland Customer Care team:
We are pleased to advise that the Elara subdivision plan, where your lot is located, has been lodged with the Land and Property Information Authority (LPI). The LPI is the final authority required to secure registration of your property. It is anticipated that subdivision plans are expected to be registered by mid-late April, with settlement of your property to be scheduled to take place within 14 days of notification of registration.
Our conveyancing team will notify your solicitor or legal representative of lodgement. They will also be the point of contact to provide notification once registration takes place. To ensure the continuing process is as smooth as possible, we recommend that you make contact with your solicitor or legal representative in the coming weeks to ensure all documentation and financial paperwork is in place ready for settlement. Stockland has organised "valuer access days" until 13 April 2017. Access is granted between 10am to 4pm, weekdays only via Northbourne Drive (off Elara Boulevard). Valuers may contact a member of the Elara sales team on 13 LAND (13 5263) or visit the Sales and Information Centre to collect a site map, and please note that appointments are not required.
